KTBST has stated that WHAUP’s 4Q19 earnings results were below Bloomberg consensus forecast of Bt548mn. Net profit dropped -34% YoY, -13% QoQ to Bt399mn. Excluding FX gain, core profit declined -32% YoY, -28% QoQ to Bt321mn. A contraction of both YoY and QoQ was due to a reduction in available factor in its Gheco 1, which had reached the contracted availability hours.
