นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้ชี้แจงเรื่องการปฏิบัติตามข้อกําหนดว่าด้วยการทํารายการที่เกี่ยวโยงกัน (รายละเอียดตามที่ ELCIDGSC009/2562 วันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2562) ว่า ACAP ได้ทําการคืนตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงินจํานวน 100 ล้านบาท มายัง บริษัทฯ เมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2562 โดยหลังจากนั้นบริษัทฯ ยังคงมีการบริหารสภาพคล่องอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยได้ลงทุนในตั๋ว สัญญาใช้เงินระยะสั้นของ ACAP ตามมติคณะกรรมการบริหาร ครั้งที่ 2/2562 ที่ได้จัดประชุมเมื่อวันที่ 20 มีนาคม 2562 เรื่องการอนุมัติการบริหารสภาพคล่องของบริษัทฯ

นายอนันต์ ตั้งตรงเวชกิจ ประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท น้ำตาลบุรีรัมย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BRR เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทคาดรายได้และกำไรสุทธิปีนี้จะทำได้ใกล้เคียงกับปีก่อน ที่มีรายได้ 4.2 พันล้านบาท และมีกำไรสุทธิ 271.96 ล้านบาท หลังในช่วงครึ่งแรกของปีนี้ทำกำไรสุทธิได้ 165.24 ล้านบาท ลดลงจากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน เป็นไปตามราคาน้ำตาลในตลาดโลกที่ปรับตัวลง โดยในช่วงครึ่งปีแรกราคาน้ำตาลเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 12-13 เซนต์/ปอนด์ ซึ่งน่าจะเป็นราคาที่ถึงจุดต่ำสุดแล้ว และมีแนวโน้มฟื้นตัวได้ในช่วงครึ่งปีหลัง

SPALI reported a net profit in the first quarter of 2019 at THB 1,527.36 million, increased THB 603.91 million or 65.40% from the same period of the last year, mainly due to the increase in revenue from sales of real estate and the decrease in selling and administrative expenses.
