นอกจากนี้ยังอนุมัติให้บริษัทเข้าทำสัญญาซื้อขายหุ้น ระหว่างบริษัทในฐานะผู้ขาย และบมจ.เนชั่น บรอดแคสติ้ง คอร์ปอเรชั่น (NBC)  ในฐานะผู้ซื้อ สำหรับการขายหุ้นสามัญในบริษัท กรีนเน็ต 1282 จำกัด (GNET) ซึ่งประกอบกิจการประเภทการบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตแบบใช้สายและไร้สาย ที่บริษัทถืออยู่ 99.99% ของเงินลงทุนทั้งหมดของบริษัท คิดเป็นมูลค่า 164.4 ล้านบาท โดยคาดว่าจะดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายในเดือน พ.ย.63

ทั้งนี้ โครงการ SPP Replacement จำนวน 5 โครงการดังกล่าว มีกาลังการผลิตรวม 700 เมกะวัตต์ (MW) มีกำหนดการเปิดดำเนินการเชิงพาณิชย์ (COD) ปี 2565 เป็นการสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าเพื่อทดแทนโครงการ อมตะ บี.กริม เพาเวอร์ 1, โครงการ อมตะ บี.กริม เพาเวอร์ 2, โครงการ บี.กริม เพาเวอร์ แหลมฉบัง 1 และโครงการ บี.กริม เพาเวอร์ (เอไออี-เอ็มทีพี) จำนวน 2 โครงการ รวมเป็นกำลังการผลิตที่จะหมดอายุลง 564 เมกะวัตต์

The two Power Plants still continue to generate the electricity to the Electricity Authority of Thailand (EGAT) and Eletricite Du Laos (EDL) as normal. The constructions of the two Hydroelectric Power Plants comply with the highest international safety standards and follow the strict regulations. However, the Company will monitor the situation and impact from the incident closely.

The supposed better shape in 3Q18 failed to meet investors’ expectation when SPRC’s profit decreased by almost 50% from ฿2,323 million in 3Q17 to ฿1,248 million in 3Q18.
